"Prepared, Proactive, Persistent, Professional" Jerry Tennenbaum of Top Nest patiently waited for probate to come through but while he waited, he presented a thorough prospectus of what would be done to sell the house for the best price in the quickest amount of time. Jerry is extremely resourceful and prepared to network. After posting the listing online and planning for success, it was evident that potential buyers wanted to view the house, which he described in detail in the listing; they came, they saw and it was conquered! Jerry continued to be proactive by quickly executing a contract and overseeing the process for a closing within weeks of the open house. Jerry was persistent and pushed for the hoped-for end result: a happy seller who had a happy buyer! Jerry of Top Nest is a real estate professional that is top notch.

Jerry Tenenbaum and his team at Top Nest were very professional and courteous. They were a joy to work. Jerry maximizes on what he can get on a property and not just working to make a deal go through. He is competent and knows how to leverage in negotiations with clients and he knows how to get the highest amount for the property in an ethical way. He has all of the systems in place to do this so you don't need to worry throughout the process. He also has a team in place who are extremely competent, professional and friendly ! Jerry Tenenbaum and his team at Top Nest Real Estate are very experienced and easy to communicate with. Jerry listens to his clients' needs and focuses on building a relationship with his clients. Because of his years of experience, he has a good instinct for how things will work out and offers suggestions to his clients. Jerry is good at negotiating and also has many good relationships with other local agents. He is bright, energetic and makes you feel comfortable. He explains everything. He walked us through the process step by step. We were not sure about selling at this time but Jerry talked to us and said that this time is like no other and he was right. He put our home on the market on Friday and we were reviewing offers on Monday night. Incredible! Our family would highly recommend Jerry if you need to sell or buy a house in the New York area.
